The Responsible Entity for Landen Mortgage Fund is Landen Funds AFSL Limited (ACN 662 073 967 AFSL 548392).

Landen obtained its retail AFSL in June 2024. The Responsible Entity (RE) plays a crucial role in managing retail managed investment schemes (funds) regulated by the Corporations Act 2001 and overseen by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The Responsible Entity essentially acts as the legal entity that operates the managed investment scheme on behalf of investors. Its primary duties involve fiduciary responsibilities and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.

2.2. LANDEN MORTGAGE FUND DISCLAIMER

The responsible entity for Landen Mortgage Fund (ARSN678 194 146) is Landen Funds AFSL Limited ACN 662 073 967, AFSL 548392, with Landen Funds Management Pty Ltd (ACN 651 892 152) as the investment manager of the Landen Mortgage Fund.
