This Fund adopts a hybrid investment model, combining fixed-income and capital growth strategies through a multi-layered structure across the early lifecycle of a large-scale residential Project.
The Fund will co-lend into 1st and 2nd mortgage facilities- alongside key financial partners -during the land banking phase. These facilities are secured against property assets and are structured to generate stable income while maintaining strong asset backing.
The Fund may invest equity into projects where the underlying land has already been settled. This structure provides a strong security position for the Fund, while enabling participation in development-driven value uplift such as planning approvals, subdivision, and construction milestones.
The Fund may also invest equity into projects where the land is yet to cattle hint is secured under asset-backed instruments such as caveats, call options, or other legally binding interests. These arrangements provide enforceable rights over the property and allow the Fund to gain early exposure to potential land value uplift.
