These guidelines. have been designed with a dual purpose: to foster a sense of pride among our residents, who can truly relish being a part of a Landen Estate, as well as offering comfort and reassurance knowing that neighbouring homes meet the same standards.

Landen is also offering a $6500 Design and Landscape Rebate at our Oakville Estate. To claim the rebate, you simply need to meet the following requirements within 18 months from the settlement of your land purchaser.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 1 Meet the conditions of your Contract for Sale of Land.
  • 2 Build your new home and garden in accordance with the house design, colour scheme and landscape plan that have been approved by Landen and Hawkesbury City Council (Oakville).
  • 3 Repairs have been made to any damage to the road, footpath, street tree, nature strip and services in the public road reserve.
