The Box Hill Fund provides investors with the opportunity to contribute towards the lending support of Landen’s Box Hill Estate 2 development.

After the successful launch of Box Hill Estate 1, Landen were pleased to acquire Estate 2, located at 12 Alan Street, Box Hill. This estate features 33 premium home and land packages and is a good location for young families and investors with new parks, sporting facilities and shopping precincts on its way.

The Box Hill fund has a minimum investment amount of $100,000 and a minimum invest period of 16 months. The target net return is 8.75% which is intended to be distributed at the end of the investment period.
